Method

Diagnostic, audit, projects: three separate services

Each service is sold separately, with its own duration, scope and deliverables. You do not have to go through all three, but an audit is advisable before even the smallest project. Select a service to see what it involves.

2 days, findings within two weeks

Diagnostic

Find out in two days whether AI warrants a budget in your company.

For
Management that wants to decide before committing to anything

What you receive

  • One interview with management and two interviews with business teams
  • Inventory of the AI tools already in use in the company
  • Three to five options, with order-of-magnitude costings
  • Options screened against the 3S grid: simple, sensible, scorable
  • One-hour presentation of findings to the executive committee
From 9 days, over 3 months at most

Audit

Know where you really stand

We look at what actually happens in the company, not at what is written in the procedures. Interviews and questionnaires with the teams, an inventory of the tools already in use (including those nobody has declared), a map of data and data flows, a review of the most exposed roles. We also measure what already protects you: contracts, backups, in-house skills.

What you receive

  • Map of actual AI use, declared and undeclared
  • Inventory of sensitive data and its exposure
  • Maturity score by function: management, production, sales, support
  • List of risks ranked by severity and likelihood
  • List of opportunities ranked by estimated gain and effort

Outcome

An honest, quantified picture that you can present to your executive committee or your board.

2 days, included in the audit

Countermeasures

Decide what to do, and in what order

Each risk identified receives a concrete response, and each opportunity a cost estimate. Together, we decide what starts now, what waits and what is dropped. The plan takes your constraints into account: budget, available staff, regulatory requirements, existing technical debt.

What you receive

  • Action plan sequenced over 3, 6 and 12 months
  • AI usage rules written to be read, and ready to be attached to the company's internal regulations
  • Target architecture: what stays with you, what goes to a third party, and why
  • Performance indicators and review schedule
  • Estimate of the cost of implementation and the cost of inaction

Outcome

A plan you can carry out with us, with another provider, or on your own. It belongs to you.

The 3S grid

A use case is only kept if it passes three filters.

During the relevance study, every option goes through the same grid before it is costed.

  • Simple

Up and running in under 30 minutes, in the tools your teams already use.

  • Sensible

A real day-to-day irritant, raised unprompted by at least two people.

  • Scorable

Measured before the project, so that the gain can be proven afterwards.

One criterion at zero, and the case is dropped.

“If a tool needs 20 hours of training, it is not the right tool.”

Depending on the agreed scope

Custom projects

Deliver, then hand you the keys

We build what has been decided: internal tools, automations, integration with the existing information system, training for the teams who will use them. The code, data and documentation belong to you from day one. The engagement ends when your teams can run the tool without us.

What you receive

  • Development of the selected tools and integrations
  • Handover to your teams: training and operating documentation
  • Reversibility tests: checking that you can switch AI supplier
  • Transfer of ownership of the code and data
  • Review 3 months after delivery

Outcome

A tool in production, run by your teams, with costs and an exit route you control.

Three executives leaning over a printed report open on a meeting-room table, one of them pointing to a paragraph.

The audit findings are presented to your executive committee, on a printed document that can be annotated and challenged line by line.

Commitments

Three non-negotiable rules

They are written into the contract, not just on this website.

You can stop after the audit

The audit and the plan are sold separately from the projects. Getting the audit findings never commits you to anything further.

You can carry out the plan without us

The countermeasures plan is written to be understood and carried out by any competent provider, including your in-house teams.

You can leave with everything

Code, data, documentation, supplier accounts: everything is in your name. We test the exit before closing the engagement.

Next step

Let's start by looking at where you actually stand

A short, no-obligation audit to find out where you stand and what is worth starting first.
