Optim-AI offers three separate services: a two-day diagnostic to decide whether AI warrants a budget, a full audit, from 9 days, to obtain a costed plan, and custom projects to carry it out. You can start with the service that matches your situation and stop after any of them. The amount is given to you in writing, as a fixed fee, before any commitment.

Questions we are asked before we start

How much does an engagement cost?
We do not publish prices: the scope of a diagnostic, an audit or a project depends on the size of the company and on what already exists. The amount is given to you in writing, as a fixed fee, after the first conversation and before any commitment. We do not charge a daily rate.
Do I have to go through all three services?
No. The diagnostic is for deciding whether AI warrants a budget, the audit for producing a costed plan, the project for carrying it out. You can start with the audit if an AI initiative is already under way, and stop after any of them.
Can my audit be funded by a public scheme?
Not through Optim-AI at present. Bpifrance's Diag Data IA covers 40% of a diagnostic, but only when it is carried out by an expert approved by Bpifrance, which we are not at this time. We prefer to state this here rather than have you discover it when the invoice arrives. Other forms of support exist depending on the region and the industry sector, and we tell you which ones apply to your situation during the first conversation.
Do I need the audit to get a project quote?
No. The quote for a project is drawn up free of charge from the countermeasures plan, and you are free to have it carried out by another provider or by your in-house teams. The plan is written to be understood and carried out without us.
Are there travel costs outside the Paris region?
No. Optim-AI works throughout mainland France with no geographical surcharge. Audit interviews take place on site; the rest of the engagement is conducted remotely, with in-person meetings at key milestones.
