This website collects only the data you voluntarily enter in the contact form or the AI maturity test. No audience measurement tool, no advertising cookie and no third-party tracker is placed on your browser.

What we collect, and why

Processors and recipients
The website is hosted by Vercel. Form data is stored with Supabase, on an instance dedicated to this website. These two providers act as processors within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your test answers are never passed on to your employer, your management or a colleague. The firm does not link answers to a name in order to present them to management.
Cookies
This website places no audience measurement or advertising cookies. No consent banner is therefore displayed, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (French data protection authority) where there are no trackers requiring consent.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability with regard to your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@optim-ai.com. You can also use this same address to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive a reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés).
Transfers outside the European Union
Application hosting may involve a transfer to the United States, governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The database is configured in a European region.
